Description
What does the house have to offer ?
Located in Marigot, Villa Boa has been totally renovated and is pleasingly decorated with harmonious colors and antique furniture. Surrounded by flowering purple bougainvillea and yellow frangipani, Villa Boa answers this tropical profusion of colors with bursts of blue: turquoise, azure, powder, and sky. You will have a very large garden from where you can admire the magnificent view of the island « La Tortue ». With a view over St. Barth's green hillsides and the Atlantic in the distance, this relaxed and comfortable home will put you in a state of vacation bliss. This peaceful villa furnished in the old style with pool offers a relaxing stay. With family or friends, it will meet your needs.
Two rooms
Two rooms with a king size bed each, air-conditionning, ceiling fan, screened windows, programmable safe, ensuite bathroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing bord. One is located in a separate cottage and has a private phone while the other is connected to the living room and has a private terrace with a view over trees. Both are open to the pool and have a pretty view over the Carribean Sea. A bathroom is next to the room. The bedrooms are completely independent from each other, making this an ideal place for two couples or a family with teenagers. Baby bed available on demand.

Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels (+ beach towels) are furnished.
A complete kitchen
With all the elements you need to prepare a perfect meal: oven, microwave, toaster, Espresso machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, blender, refrigerator, gaz BBQ.
Living area
View over the ocean and opens to the terrace. Air-conditionning, ceiling fan, Wifi, HDTV, Apple TV and Phone are available.
A terrace & extensive gardens
You can enjoy the sun on the terrace around the pool and beautiful trees while still having WiFi. A Gas Barbecue is also available outside. With extensive gardens and interesting volcanic-rock formations, the property is extremely private with many areas for sitting in the shade or in the sun. You can take a walk into the tropical garden, however we are currently making renovations in the garden so you may see workers.

Take a swim while looking at the Carribean sea and palm trees and enjoying the tranquility of villa Boa.
Marigot
Located in the district of Marigot, 10 minutes by car from the airport of Saint-Jean, 15 minutes by car from Gustavia and 5 minutes by car from the beach of Grand Cul de Sac.

There is a garage where you can easily park two cars.
